Abstract


Since the 1860s, securities investment funds in the country’s financial market has been rapid development.China’s fund development process can be divided into two phases.Before 1997, China’s fund in its infancy, the period of supervision is not enough, the fund market is more confusing.After 1997, along with the "Interim Measures for Securities Investment Fund Management," the issue, China’s securities investment funds started on the right track.Since the last since the 1980s, more and more scholars began to study the behavior' dissertation">herd behavior of financial markets and feedback behavior.
