Abstract


In China, the "credit" building is only a few decades. Credit problems associated with the rapid development of China’s market economy are more and more prominent. And because of the different levels of economic development, it is showing different economic development. As a long time, credit as a moral rather than goods, lead to a weak sense of social credit, credit management industry lags behind, restricted the rapid development of investment and consumption, affected the development of market economy seriously.This chapter is as follows:The first part is the introduction, this section describes the research background, purpose and significance of the study, paper the basic ideas and possible innovations in paper.The second chapter describes the information economics, transaction costs and other related theories, and the characteristics of individual credit information system analysis.The third chapter analyzes the U.S., Europe and Japan, The Development of personal credit information system, legal system and regulatory system, and foreign personal credit information system development experience of China’s enlightenment.Chapter IV elaborated on China’s personal credit information system development process and current situation, and analysis of China’s rural credit system construction of personal status.Chapter V is rural credit system building personal analysis-Case Study of Dezhou. Chapter V is based on individual credit information system in rural Dezhou overview of the development focused on analysis of individual credit information system in rural areas the problems that exist.Chapter VI is the relevant policy recommendations. Strengthen our chapter on the construction of personal credit information system in rural areas made a series of policy recommendations.
