Abstract


As the economic of China keep growthing and the power market keep reforming inChina, the contradiction of power between demand and supply increase worsen. In order toalleviate the condition, the Guangdong power grid company increase the power engineeringconstruction dynamics, including transmission line engineering construction is theconstruction of electric power project in the important part. Due to the power gridconstruction project investment construction cycle is long, involved is huge, and the capitalinvolved in many personnel, equipment complex etc., once investment construction willinvolve a great deal of resource allocation problems. To project system as the research object,on the base of project progress and quality premise, according to certain method carry oncomprehensive optimization and control, solve the implementation of the whole process ofmanagement issues, effective management of construction in the deployment of resources, toimprove the power grid construction and project management level of purpose has veryimportant theory meaning and practice meaning.Based on the analysis of the existing engineering project management theory, andanalysis of the current our country engineering construction project management and thecharacteristics of the defect in the foundation, the union reality power grid the characteristicsof engineering construction projects, the theory and the practice, to power engineeringconstruction project management mode and work breakdown structure analysis,demonstration system integrated thought and method in transmission line engineeringconstruction project management of applicability.
