Abstract


In this paper, through search and collate on current publication, take the Dongsheng District which is a typical western county economic entity in Erdos city in inner Mongolia as an example, current domestic economic situation was analyzed, international and domestic intra-county economic theory was studied, successful mode of intra-county economic development was systemized. Through field research, interview and data analyze, recent development strategy in Dongsheng District was reviewed, current achievement of the social development was re-summarized, difficulties and problems unveiled during the development was re-understanding.Based on the systematic analysis of intra-county economic development, the last two parts of the paper summarized the concept, strategic target, strategic positioning and implementation procedures, raised specific measures and targets on the development of Dongsheng District. Hope the piece could serve as a reference to the intra-county economic development of mid-western area and other counties.
