Abstract


Information technology widely used in the bank, making it sound banking operations and improve the competitiveness of the foundation and guarantee. But information technology in promoting the development of the banking business, but also to the banking industry faced huge technical risks, once information technology problems, will directly affect the continuity of banking operations, and even affect the bank's security. Therefore, the commercial banks to strengthen bank information technology risk management, banking information systems to ensure safe, stable, continuous and effective operation, has been directly related to the bank's operations and development. ICBC recognizes information system security operation and development of the whole line of the importance of information technology have begun to incorporate risk management into a comprehensive risk management, and do some basic work, but still lack a unified global information technology risk management system. Based on ICBC status information technology risk management, this paper proposes ICBC need to establish a unified global information technology risk management system, enhance the ability of information technology risk prevention and control, thus contributing to ICBC sustained, healthy and stable development. This paper is divided into five chapters from the content, the first chapter provides an overview of research background paper, logical frameworks and research methods and thesis research innovation; second chapter introduces the field of information technology risk at home and abroad related to research and development review, and the current general-purpose information technology risk assessment standards and specifications; third chapter describes the domestic banking information technology risk management common common problems, combined with ICBC information construction process analysis ICBC information technology risk management issues exist personalization and propose solutions - build information technology risk management systems; fourth chapter describes information technology risk management system and the establishment of the meaning of information technology risk management system, the purpose and significance of the system for architecture design, and layer by layer elaborate design; fifth chapter in architecture design, based on the development of specific system implementation plan; Chapter VI summarizes the significance of this research, innovation and shortcomings. This paper consists of two innovations. First, draw on common information technology risk management standards, combined with ICBC information technology risk management practices, innovation put forward with \three lines of defense concept, and thus build a unified global information technology risk management architecture; Second, architecture guidance, combined with ICBC's information technology development strategy, the level of information and information technology risk management situation, the development of a more detailed and specific implementation plan. This research ideas and content for the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and other domestic commercial banks in the information technology risk management, both with theoretical guidance and practical reference value.
