Abstract


Since thirty years of reform and opening to outside world, Chinese economy and societyhas been enormously developed, but the city-countryside dual structure has not been entirelyeliminated. Countryside issues have become the key points and difficulties in affectingcomprehensive built-up of a comparative well-off society. To reinforce countryside societymanagement and to propel countryside economic society to develop soundly is a greatmission facing Chinese countryside at present. At the present stage, the key to reinforcecountryside society management is to construct a scientific countryside administrationstructure. It appears to be very necessary to study the countryside administration structure. Inthe process of the development of the rural governance structure of Foshan ChanchengDistrict，basic thinking and way of rural governance structure innovation, contribute to therural social management innovation of Foshan Chancheng District. It’s hope to providereference for other similar economic and social development areas.The basic research idea and method in this article, first, at the theoretical level, on thebasis of literature research, from the aspects such as concept, theoretical foundation, practicalfoundation, established the rural governance structure analysis framework; Second, at theempirical level, on the basis of field investigation, in-depth analysis of rural governancedevelopment course, current situation, problems and reasons in Foshan Chancheng District,from the innovation evaluation of effectiveness to rural governance effect; Finally, accordingto the theoretical analysis and empirical research conclusion is put forward.In this paper, we study mainly used the public governance theory, to maximize the publicinterest theory of good governance, as well as the diversification of the governance bodydeeply and scientific ideas of social management, analysis the evolution course of FoshanChancheng District, the rural governance structure and the existing problems and the reasons,the existing two kinds of governance model has carried on the comparative analysis of FoshanChancheng District, puts forward the ideas and methods of rural governance structure reform.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, think the pilot project of the “2Committees1Economic cooperatives and1Service center” governance structure of FoshanChancheng District, promote the good development of rural economy and society. It is theinnovation of rural governance structure, suitable for countryside social management in thisregion, but there is still space for further exploration. The mode of “2Committees1Economic cooperatives and1Service center” governance structure, is also worthy of otherdistricts where having a big capacity of countryside collective economy, society developing fast and highly urbanized to draw on experience and take reference.
