Abstract


Commercial banks are the product of economic development , the continuing reform of the financial system , commercial banks gradually become an important driving force of economic and financial development , the role of forward-looking leadership , drive and infrastructure plays in economic development , commercial banks innovation activities have become the scholars focus of the study . Hebei Province has long bound by the planned economy thinking , rarely banking innovation . With the deepening of reform and opening up , Hebei commercial banks in order to take advantage of the increasingly fierce competition in the Bank must continue to innovation , improve service quality . This paper analyzes the innovative research results of domestic and foreign commercial banks , commercial banks in Hebei Province has a certain significance . Bank of innovation theory , including drivers and four - dimensional model theory , laid a theoretical foundation for the following ; once again the status of commercial banks in Hebei Province were analyzed through digital analysis of the development of commercial banks in Hebei Province less than the same time, customer satisfaction surveys, investigations and evaluation of customer banking innovation status quo , proposed in this paper for the following direction . Furthermore , through a survey of Hebei Province, eight commercial banks (including four state-owned banks , four joint-stock commercial banks ) , the sample data factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis results show that the commercial banks in Hebei Province innovation Motive ; analysis of variance of sample data , analysis of the differences in state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks . Finally, in the empirical analysis based on the proposed model of innovation for commercial banks in Hebei Province and suggestions .
