Abstract


As consumers of financial products and services the needs of an increasingly diverse , triggered a massive wave of financial innovation worldwide to promote the rapid development of the financial market . Commercial banks through the introduction of new technologies , new ways to build innovative organizations in strategic decision-making , the organization set up , staffing , management models, business processes and financial products to carry out the new activities , the ultimate expression of bank risk management and control ability to continuously improve , as well as to provide customers with products and services is the way to create and update. To financial innovation organizational structure model as a starting point for research , by analysis of the structural design elements affect the organization of the advantages and disadvantages of various organizational structure . Then to analyze the process of innovation of financial products and services , financial service innovation process model and product innovation process model of draw the continuing process of financial innovation model . Decision points in the innovation process , management control , in order to better serve customers . Financial innovation of China's commercial banks with the development of financial markets , stimulate market competition and technological progress to promote the diversification of customer needs , innovative climax , and comprehensively improve the overall competitiveness of the commercial banks and service capabilities .
