Not conducive to the realization of the goal of buildingworks construction units, and become a bottleneck restricting China’s economicsustainable development. Therefore, to improve working and living environment ofthe migrant workers in the construction industry, to eliminate the treatment of migrantworkers inequality, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests ofmigrant workers, to promote regional urbanization, and narrowing the gap betweenurban and rural areas. This relates to whether the project management unit to worksmoothly at the construction site, whether to provide the public with a high-qualityfine works, and urbanization all over the country have a direct impact on the broadscope of impact to a harmonious socialist society in China is able to successfullyestablish.
