Abstract


After the reform and opening up, Labor economy came along with the movement of rural surplus labor to non-agricultural industries and cities. Service economy development at present stage has become an important way for lagging economic areas to promote the farmers’ income and rural economic society full scale development. To speed up the ethnic minority areas’rural labor transfer, to achieve full employment of rural labor and the positive development of rural human resources, is the key factor to solve the problem of peasants, agriculture, rural areas. Rural population of Ethnic minority areas increases, while arable land decreases, a large number of surplus labor force is a fact that is not allowed to ignore. At the same time, due to the traditional ideology, limited employment channels and inadequate education, the development of rural labor economy in national regions is restricted. Research on rural labor economy has theoretical and realistic great significances to ensure border area stability, social progress and the construction of a harmonious society.This thesis based on the related data of the Moyu county in Xinjiang province. This thesis use the method of combining the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, focus on the problems of the development of rural labor economy in Moyu county in Xinjiang province. This thesis is composed of five parts. The first chapter is the basic theory of rural labor economy development. The second chapter mainly introduces and analysis the Moyu county’s rural labor economy which including the current situation, economic characteristics and development. The third chapter analysis the development of the Moyu county’s rural labor economy condition, which from the labor resource advantage, price advantage and the specific aspects of the government. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the limits which will effect the economic development of the Moyu county’s rural labor constraints, which from its own labor factors system in aspects of the challenges of the external environment and system elaboration. The fifth chapter mainly introduces how to expand the space of rural labor economy of the Moyu county in Xinjiang province, accelerate the pace of agricultural labor transfer, increase the farmers’ income. This part will puts forward some suggestions for the development of rural service economy to speed up the Moyu county in Xinjiang province.
