Abstract


Agricultural products processing is the important link in the modern agriculturalindustrialization. It is a advantage regeion of small grains,cows, mutton, apple designatedby the state in Shanxi, and main producing areas of walnut, jujube, anti-season vegetablebase, Fenjiu, old mature vingar and pasta enjoy reputation at home and abroad, soagricultural characteristic resource superiority is obvious. But in a long time, agriculturalproduction links is more attention then processing in Shanxi province. There are big gapscompared with the whole state level on agricultural products processing industry, andbackward technology level of industry is bottleneck. Constructing the science-technologypark of agricultural products processing in the capital city of Shanxi province—Taiyuan canintegrate technology, talent, land, capital,information. The park will take the responsibilityfor leading rapid and sound development on agricultural products processing industry to thewhole province, and improve effectively the level of the agricultural industrialization inShanxi province. The study is a important premise to promote scientifically the parkconstruction.Taking Taiyuan science-technology park of agricultural products processing asexample, this article studies the construction system of science-technology park. The studyuses the method of combinating theoretical research with field investigation, typicalinvestigation with statistical analysis, erpert panel with questionnaire suvey, theorydiscussion with recommandations, system analysis and SWOT analysis method.Studing on the industry development status of agricultural products processing inTaiyuan and Shanxi, this article definites existing problem and cause. Analyzing thestrengths, the weakness,the opportunities, the challenge, it concludes that construting thescience-technology park is feasible in Taiyuan with good soft and hard environment. It putsforword the development strategy and model combined with the domestic and foreignrelevant research. It suggests that the science-technology park will be forged as technologyinnovation platform, talent gatherd platform, enterprise cultivating platform and achievement platform by the science-technology as forerunner. According to the prospectiveand operability principle, policy proposal and cuntermeasures are raised to construct thescience-technology park.The study puts forward systematicly the development strategy, development mode,function orientation, science-technology support and construction frame about the park. Itdiscusses the park location. Furthermore, it come up with policy suggestion andcountermeasures. Meanwhile,it also proposes the following,(1) Constructing thescience-technology park is important way to improve the agricultural products processingindustry.(2) Around enterprise needs,setting up the science-technology innovation system isthe core of the park.(3) The key of constructing the science-technology park is to broadenthe financing channels, set up information platform,promote the development of modernlogistic.(4) The fundamental way of constructing the science-technology park is to broadenextroverted economy,cluster scale development.(5) The guarantee of constructing thescience-technology park is to innovation policy, enhance the support strength.The study achievement provides reference not only for Taiyuan science-technology park,but also similar park. It will have important significance to industry level significance toindustry level ascent and green transformation spanning in Shanxi province.
