Abstract


In recent years, with the gradual deepening of economic integration in the world, including offshore outsourcing as a new non-entity trade is on the rise, and the gradual rise in trade volume. For the contracting countries, the integration of global resources to be able to enhance their competitiveness; right to undertake the country, it has opened up a host of information technology with high, low energy consumption, high value-added industry means many advantages, trading parties can reach mutual benefits. In recent years, Tianjin is vigorously promoting the development of service outsourcing industry, through the offshore service outsourcing business to undertake, can effectively alleviate the current pressure on employment, promote industrial upgrading and enhance the status of international trade, etc., service outsourcing industry in Tianjin the smooth development of the future development in Tianjin not only has important economic significance, but also has far-reaching social significance.
