Since21st Century, the economic development is not the competition between enterprises, but also the competition between supply chains. SCM is an effective way for enterprises to adapt to the global competition, as a new management model, its entire supply chain from the perspective of all nodes on the enterprise integration and coordination of resources, emphasis on strategic partnership, information resource integration, quick response to customer needs and creating value for customers. On the other hand, E-commerce is the effective way for enterprise to improve international competitiveness and expand market, and may bring new challenges to the traditional supply chain management.In view of this, A company plan to launch an E-commerce website in near future, by expansion of sales channel and re-construction of its current SCM mode of information flow, logistics flow and information flow to connect the suppliers, manufactures, retailers and end customers quickly and more effectively, to increase its core competitive power in the market.Therefore, this research is carried out for A company’s SCM mode under the B2B e-commerce environment at the time A Company is facing both opportunities and challenges in the rise of e-commerce in China market. Based on the theory of supply chain management, this research makes a systematic analysis on its current situation, difficulties and possible countermeasures of implementation of SCM under the B2B E-commerce environment, and to reconstruct the mode of SCM in A Company under the B2B E-commerce environment.
