Abstract


The geographical position of Nansha Harbor District of Guangzhou Port is superior,it is Located in the center of the Pearl River delta. It almost covers the main cities of Pearl River Delta region near in Radius of dozens of kilometers. It is the only deep-water wharf in the west of Pearl River.The government departments attach great importance and vigorously support to Nansha Harbor District of Guangzhou Port. After several years of construction, the collection and distribution system of Nansha Harbor District takes shape. However there are some problems affecting the further development of the port. In this paper, according to the reality of Nansha Harbor District, Through the comparison the same type of port area with Nansha port transport system with hardware, software and the macro environment characteristics, Finding out the the main problems of Nansha port collection and distribution system. Through the AHP model, analysising the impact of factors on the system weights of collection and distribution system, Combining with the main problems of Nansha port collection and distribution system. Sorting the influence degree on the existing problems, in accordance with the effect size to determine priorities. Proposing the development strategy of the collection and distribution system of Nansha Harbor District and specific measures to achieve the strategy.
