Abstract


The banking industry is an important part of our national economic system, is the core of our financial system, and the healthy development of the banking sector is an important factor in the security and stability of the national financial system. Our corporate finance resolved mainly through commercial bank loans, commercial banks financing rate has remained at about75%of China’s total financing, and such banks as the dominant mode of financing in the future for a long period of time will continue to occupy the central position. After26years of reform and opening up, people’s living standard has been greatly improved, more and more demand for financial services. Real estate mortgage loans, consumer loans, credit card business and personal business will become an important commercial bank profit growth point. In the future for a long period of time, with the expansion of the personal bank business, the commercial banking industry in China will continue to be in a period of rapid growth.Traditional enterprise value assessment method, there are two:the relative valuation method and absolute valuation method. The relative valuation method by reference to the company’s book value, the price-earnings ratio, City discount rate and other indicators of "comparable" to estimate the investment value of the enterprise. The absolute valuation rule of thumb is to estimate the intrinsic investment value through fundamental analysis of the enterprise’s financial forecasts and financial data on the company’s future. Two traditional valuation methods are able to examine different aspects of the enterprise value of the investment, but they did not take into account the cost of capital for corporate investment. EVA (Economic Value Added), also known as economic value added, economics known as economic profit, profits left in the business after net profit after accounting adjustments with the company’s cost of capital is subtracted EVA enterprise value assessment take into account not only the cost of corporate debt capital, and take full account of the cost of corporate equity capital to more truly reflect the value of the investment.
