Abstract


As international competition intensifies , the Chinese enterprises in the context of economic globalization , through strategic restructuring and mergers and acquisitions to quickly enhance the core competitiveness . It can be said that the strategic restructuring , M \u0026 A wave has become effective means to enhance their core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and the way the ascendant . However , for the majority of our international competitiveness of enterprises , hopes to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises through the reorganization and acquisition and other external forces , to gain new opportunities for development is not realistic . Especially in the field of competitive enterprises , more elusive . Facing fierce competition after the financial crisis , in order to be invincible , must be in the economic structure adjustment and economic volatility under the dual pressure to find an effective way transformation and upgrading , and that is the emphasis on the integration of resources . Only through the integration of internal resources , to play to their advantages in resources , improve the core competitiveness of enterprises , in order to fight in the fierce market competition to the initiative and the right to speak , to achieve the strategic goals of enterprise development . Based on competitive advantage , enterprise capabilities and enterprise resource integration theory to sort out the purpose of resource integration strategy , basic principles and content integration , and strategic ( critical ) resources to identify and select the analysis as research subjects in the competitive field of Duck Group , combined with the development plan and strategic objectives of the Duck Group , through strategic resource advantages of the current enterprise to analyze , pointed out that the Duck Group to maintain a sustained competitive advantage and achieve development strategy important ways and means of the target enterprise strategic ( key ) , summed draw resources is the core of enterprises to maintain a competitive advantage is the key to achieve a competitive advantage to corporate resources and the ability to integrate the integration of human resources is to improve enterprise management level fundamental . In this paper, the empirical research on the the Duck Group resource integration strategy to provide reference for other enterprises integrate resources .
