Abstract


In the digital world of today, Internet has become all households with the rapid changes in technology and high-speed network development. With the further strengthening of the online payment convenience and security, the rise of specialized third-party logistics, user experience and constantly improve, e-commerce has penetrated deep into all walks of life.This article will take B2C websites "SWITOW" as an example, which is invested by NASDAQ-listed Focus Media (CCME), SWITOW operations is from the creation to the operating mode transition (transition from SWITOW to9buys), The transition will operate from the B2C mode to020mode, from comprehensive category mode to vertical Kids mode and from self-based third party logistics mode to GIS-based distribution model, and aslo interactive mode will be from passive mode to customized model, studying deeply of difficulties that the domestic traditional industries encountered in the field of e-commerce and how to avoid investment risk, children’s clothing online design system will be researched from logistics, warehousing, distribution, payment, experience, customer service, marketing, network promotion etc. In particular, innovative and empirical research will be applied in020operating model and distribution of GIS logistics.
