Abstract


Second-hand house trading has been an important source of bank profits. In orderto make my business line marketing channels personal loans extended to housingintermediary outlets in advance of the second-hand housing transactions involved inprocesses, timely access to customer and transaction information on housing, fightingfor more market share personal loan business at the same time for effective operationsagainst the operational risk man-made. Against this background, the businessdepartment of the bank with the intermediary company’s bank cooperation projects.The development of a set of interconnection intermediary bank system must be basedon relevant theory and practice of methods to ensure its implementation, the only wayto bring the two sides for the banking business real income. The purpose of this paperis the characteristics of bank-enterprise cooperation, the type of products suitable forthe analysis of object-oriented design methodology, project management combinedwith the knowledge, methods, techniques, tools, etc. to ensure the smoothimplementation of the entire project.This article describes the first object-oriented approach that he and the structureof the main differences of approach, from a theoretical point of view ofobject-oriented method on the characteristics and strengths; and then combined withthe banking system, examples of intermediaries on the Internet Object-OrientedAnalysis and Design Methods the use of the actual project: through the use caseanalysis, static modeling, dynamic modeling, such as several major steps to completethe analysis and design; architecture from the system aspects of the topology of thesystem design, software architecture design, communications design, safety design,database design, interface design.In this paper, the project was followed in the implementation of the overallmanagement of the process, through the development of the project charter,preliminary scope statement, project plan, guidance and management of projectimplementation, project monitoring, change control, project and other finishing stepsto complete the project’s overall management.Finally, the paper summarized and prospects, a practice has proved the success ofIT projects can not be separated from both analysis and design of pre-projectimplementation can not be separated from the effective management of the process,only the two combined to develop a successful IT project.
