Abstract


Urban Public Transport and urban residents and urban development are inseparable as a whole, It is a level of developed one of the major index of the region’s economic development. With the accelerated process of urbanization and urban traffic problem has become the city’s economic and social development, the main obstacle to actively develop urban public transport has become the consensus of all major cities. Urban public transport have public products characteristics, rely on government subsidies be maintained.therefore, in the case of urban public transport fares are not high, how to reduce the cost of enterprises is very important.According to statistics, maintenance costs in the urban public transport enterprises total cost of about accounting for 26%, and effective control over maintenance costs control on the total cost of the enterprises play an important role. Urban Transport enterprises maintenance costs not only involve raw materials and labor costs, flow of production factors, but also by the factory layout and function layout and maintenance standards and other macroeconomic factors, under the new market environment in the country to guarantee some advanced methods of cost control of transport enterprises are groping.This article mainly divided into three parts.first, analysis of urban public transport operating costs and raise the importance of maintenance cost control, and other industries maintenance cost control method, proposed using Activity Based Costing management theory on cost analysis of driving factors for the maintenance costs, followed by expounded the concept and characteristics of urban transport enterprises maintenance costs and raise the maintenance problems in cost control and analysis of the four important factors affecting the maintenance costs, find out the strategy of cost control from these factors; and finally, maintenance costs control practice of the combination of Chengdu Public Transport Group, through the optimization of maintenance resource integration and to effectively reduce maintenance costs a pattern.Maintenance cost control of urban public transport enterprises involving enterprise strategic management, maintenance management and financial management, is a systemic integrated project, it is difficult to find in this regard improving the system works. With this article up to sum up, maintenance costs control provides a way for other urban transport enterprises maintenance costs control to a certain extent reference.
