Abstract


The problems on taxi in Dalian City become more and more visible as the economy develops constantly, for example, it’s difficult for citizen to take taxi in rush hour or prosperous area; Taxi drivers are easy to be upset, always refuse passengers or take many different passengers one time; Taxi company doesn’t realize how to improve their own management quality even they already got the basic contract charge and daily using charge.Under the concept "develop public transport in priority", many cities control the taxi quantity and fare to keep this industry stable. Other cities also make their own managing mode and running way which may bring some problems at the same time for the limitation of the whole environment like government control, law system, ownership and market system.In that case, writer made this thesis named "Study on Dalian taxi management" which try to research and find a proper solution, advise some effective suggestion that may help taxi industry develop healthily and stably more and less by referring to domestic and foreign taxi industry.There are altogether four parts in this thesis:Part one introduces the researching background, the aim, meaning and the construction; Part two introduces some representative cases by domestic cities and foreign country like Japan; Part three introduces Dalian taxi present developing situation, management mode and problems by visiting taxi companies, make analyst at the base of citizen survey of PSM TAXI FARE SYSTEM; Part four concludes the proper solution that suit the development and management of Dalian taxi industry.Even below suggestion is without practice, but the writer tried his best to make it more available. And he believes that another Spring will do come to Dalian taxi industry by constant effort and research.
