Abstract


China is currently in the stage of power to a manufacturing power forward from manufacturing , production scheduling affect the level of manufacturing industry is very important , directly determine the level of production efficiency , product quality is good or bad , whether the delivery schedule . This article through the analysis of the operation and management of the status quo of Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. screw machine assembly and production scheduling , mainly from the assembly materials management , assembly plans to develop the way management , exception management analysis , and develop related to the operation and management level to improve the final assembly scheduling measures. Analysis of self- supporting material , procurement of materials , time Availability assembly materials management , materials management is the foundation of the producer the ability to do a good job these two work will directly affect the implementation of the final assembly plan , developed after in-depth analysis to reduce material can not be on time reach the corresponding measures . The assembly planning analysis of single-plug management of emergency orders , the development of single-plug flow , can significantly increase the rate of orders completed on time . The exception management analysis summary exception , to take measures according to the process , and timely resolution of abnormal , is a key means to ensure normal production and improve production efficiency .
