Abstract


Rural land property rights system reform is the basis of the reform of the land system in China , is an effective way to fundamentally solve the land problem . With the acceleration of China's industrialization , urbanization , the defects and shortcomings of the current rural land property rights system has grown increasingly apparent that it is not only restricted the efficient allocation of resources in rural land , also seriously affected the development of agriculture , increasing farmers' income and rural stability . Actively explore a scientific and rational land property system to clear the land property to determine the status of the farmers' land property rights , so that the farmers really share by virtue of land property rights industrialization , urbanization benefits , thus promoting the development of urban and rural and agricultural the process of modernization , which have important theoretical and practical significance . This article first change of the rural land property rights system since the founding of the course carefully combed, dig out the significance of China 's rural land property rights system reform : Second , access to relevant data collected at home and abroad rural land property rights system reform , summarized , with a focus the outstanding problems in the analysis of rural land property rights system , and pointed out the necessity and urgency of the current rural land property rights system reform ; Finally, China's national conditions , reference system changes on the basis of the theory and modern economic theory of property proposed two-step implementation of the new ideas and measures for the current rural land property rights system reform , and to make scientific and reasonable to predict and explain the direction of China's current rural land property rights system reform .
