Abstract


Students are the main structure of universities. The evaluation on is the important part in the university assessment. Through the research of university students satisfactory, it is easy to find the advantages and disadvantages of each service, and to serve valuable messages of college development. Postgraduate education service management is an important subject of university educational management. It is a new thought to use the LISREL to evaluate the graduates’educational satisfactory in Heilongjiang province. It has important significance and reference to raise postgraduate education service management.In this paper, the author uses educational management and statistics theory to discuss the basic model of postgraduate education service quality. The main research way is to combine the LISREL method and graduates’educational satisfactory together. This paper constructed the graduates’educational satisfactory evaluation model based on LISREL, confirmed four factors:consciousness, feedback, satisfactory and transference through several stages, such as: establishing the theoretical model, building the practical model, recognizing the model and examining the model. It shows that the availability and scientific of LISREL theory in the postgraduate educational satisfactory evaluation.This paper takes Heilongjiang province for example, it is structured the LISREL model of graduates’educational satisfactory evaluation, and analyzed customer satisfaction theory apply to high education. In the base, it used "Questionnaire of Postgraduate Satisfaction in Heilongjiang Province" to investigate the satisfaction of each service to the postgraduates in Heilongjiang province, and analyze the data of the research. At the same time, it is introduced the satisfaction based on partial least square regression model, and to structure the satisfaction model of postgraduate in Heilongjiang province. Through the investigation of postgraduates’ educational satisfaction, it is found the advantages and disadvantages of each service. At last, it put forward the solution and suggestions to raise the graduates’educational satisfactory.
