With the continuous development and the constantly improving management levelof the mine logistic transportation system, the reliability of the system will becomemore and more advanced. There is little catastrophic failure or no failure during itslimited cycle, and the traditional method and model of the reliability assessment whichbased on a large number of failure data are facing enormous challenges. According tothe failure modes, Failure can be divided into catastrophic failure and degradationfailure, and degradation failure is divided into performance parameter degeneration andmulti-performance parameters degeneration. System’s ability to complete requiredfunction is indicated by its performance parameters and is provided a number ofpotential life information for performance degradation data during the operation processof the system. Therefore, the degradation performance is closely associated with thefailure of the system. Due to the failure of performance degradation can eventually leadto system failure.According to the situation, this text studies the performance degradation schemeand the prediction method of life which based on performance degradation data,and itcombined with the mine logistic transportation system to analyze and assess. This paperdo the following main work:(1) Aiming at the degradation problem of single performance parameter, it studiesdegradation values distribution method and the detailed method and steps of thedegradation analysis are developed. (2) Aiming at the degradation case of multiple parameters in the same system, itcombines performance degradation volume distribution method with reliabilitycalculation method of multiple measures, and summarize the reliability model andimplementation steps which based on multi-performance degradation data. Meanwhile,the reliability is discussed when the degradation measures are relevant or irrelevant.(3) As the actual mine logistics transportation system for example (the mainresearch object is the conveyor belt), In order to obtaining the distribution of theperformance degradation, we can use single performance degradation distributionmethod to analyze the performance degradation data and obtain the system performancedegradation, and use multi-performance degradation reliability model to the reliabilityof the system.(4) We can use Bayes performance degradation method to analyze the systemreliability. This method can accurately estimate the reliability of the system according tothe data which was surveyed and all kinds of historical information which combinedwith the data of field investigation. Therefore, this method is suitable for the smallsample situation. We analyze mine logistics transportation system (the main researchobject is improving transportation system) using the reliability model which is based onthe Bayesian performance degradation method to analyze the real-time dynamicreliability.
