Product manufacturing as the most important thing in the traditional supply chain model, forthe producers, only care about the delivery of the products; consumer demand is not directly linkedto producers, once the product sale falls, retailers and distributors gradually reduced the order,manufacturers cannot be strain timely, a large number of products and raw materials inventorybacklog, a lot of liquidity consumed by inventory lead to production was limited. This situation willbe particularly serious in the economic downturn; this paper takes parts production and inventorysystem as an example, put forward to demand-oriented parts production and inventory system,design the production and inventory system on the basis of demand oriented. Reduce the reactiontime as consumers demand changes.In this paper, a combination of gray system method and dynamic programming method and antcolony algorithm method and the qualitative method combined with quantitative method are used toresearch on the demand-oriented parts production and inventory system. The research background ofparts production and inventory system is introduced, and the structure and operation process of theparts production and inventory system are analyzed. The system operation mechanism model ondemand-oriented parts production and inventory system is enriched and perfected on the basis ofprevious studies. There are three parts like demand forecast and production and inventory planningand transportation planning in demand-oriented parts production and inventory system, themathematical model of the demand-oriented parts production and inventory system use theimproved algorithm of grey prediction model and dynamic programming model and hybrid antcolony algorithm to construct the system platform and simulation analysis. The simulation showsthat the platform of system reaction quickly as consumer’s demands changes and the platform ofsystem can also makes a reasonable plan.
