In recent years, the companies which produce prefabricated parts enjoy swift growth,but the majority of them are stuck in inefficient management. It is a complicated systemsengineering to manage the companies for their daily operations. Whether managers canmake production schedule plan and payment schedule plan efficiently, according to thecompanies’ internal and external conditions, makes great effects on their competitivenessand survival ability development.The study has conducted in the environment of contractor-prefabricated partproducer-raw material supplier construction supply chain. In this kind of constructionsupply chain, each member is responsible to pay its upper members for their service.Payment schedule plan makes great effect on the capital held by prefabricated partproducer, then influences the production plan and procurement plan. In this thesis, theintegrated optimization model for lot-sizing plan and payment schedule of prefabricatedparts has been established, after the properties of logistics, cash flow and information flowhave been analyzed deeply. The model is related with many research fields, such aslot-sizing plan, payment schedule optimization, construction supply chain, and so on. Itcan support managers to make integrated scheduling plan including payment schedule,production plan and raw material procurement plan. The relationship between the netpresent value of profit and the parameters in production and payment activities has beenanalyzed, both in single-level-payment pattern and two-level-payment pattern. Then basedon the achievement above, production optimization rules and payment schedule plannegotiating guidance have been summarized.By the analysis of production case, It has proved that the integrated optimizationmodel can make efficient production operation and increase the net present value ofproduction profit.
