Abstract


The building of new countryside is an inevitable requirement for building a harmonious society, the purpose of the new rural strategy is to accelerate the modernization of the rural reform, to improve the level of material and spiritual life of the peasant masses. Which should include: rural urbanization, agricultural intensification, farmers knowledgeable. The issue of building a new countryside, all these three centers, of which the most important is the intensification of agriculture. In the China Agricultural what to go what road to greater development, the problem with the proposed new rural construction, was put on the agenda.
