Abstract


Since the Industrial Revolution of the 1760s , human capacity development and utilization of natural reached an unprecedented level , this substantial increase their quality of life , but also brought unprecedented negative impact to the planet . The problems of ecological deterioration caused by increasingly serious threat to the human living environment , has forced us to re-examine the course of development . 30 years since the reform and opening up , China's economic development has made ??remarkable achievements , but at the same time , resource consumption increased dramatically , growing environmental pressures is also common problems nationwide . Gansu Province in northwestern China, the province most of the area in the Loess Plateau , the ecological environment is fragile , more serious in recent years by the regional environmental change and the impact of human activities , ecological deterioration . Gansu Province as a typical resource-based provinces , how to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development of man and society , as much as possible to avoid \Development of recycling economy is a concrete manifestation of the concept of sustainable development and Realization . It's essentially an ecological economy, it requires to follow the the ecology law and the laws of economics , rational use of natural resources and environmental capacity , the economic system harmoniously into the natural ecosystems material recycling process , the economic activity of the ecological to build eco- socio - economic system in harmony with the structure and function of the ecological environment system . In this paper, on the basis of the results of previous studies , circular economy and industrial structure optimization combined analysis of the interactive relationship between the development of circular economy and industrial structure optimization ; through the analysis of the rationalization of the industrial structure and sophistication , combined with the evaluation index system of the circular economy establish evaluation index system to optimize the industrial structure in the Circular Economy ; Shift-Share Method regional analysis model and further empirical analysis , that the current status quo of the industrial structure of Gansu Province , and then combined with a problem , and pointed out that the industry under the Circular Economy structural optimization direction .
