Abstract


Economic globalization and regional economic integration are the two big trend of world economic development. In the 90 s, the regional economic cooperation into a period of great prosperity, respectively formed with Western Europe, North America and southeast Asia as the core of the three regional economic circle. Almost all the countries involved in the regional economic cooperation of the boom. To construct the northeast Asia regional cooperation framework, China, South Korea and Japan how to play the role of major economies, national interests balance area, high-profile.
