Abstract


The competition of global production and business enterprises has been aggravated by the variety and timeliness of customer demand, which has made the profit become smaller. In this case, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of new stockpile management in enterprise decision, which is also called virtual inventory management. It can integrate social logistics resources effectively, especially the warehousing resources and create value for the entire supply chain.Firstly, based on the current situation of the third party logistics enterprise development and resource integration research, the 3PL enterprise warehousing resource integration is described in details.Secondly, the basic component of virtual inventory management is briefly introduced, such as concept, characteristics and so on. Then the virtual inventory alliance structure, preparation of setting up, concrete implementation, inventory control theories of virtual inventory management and the implemented qualifications are discussed in detail. The advantages and limitations are analyzed.On the base of the above theories, thought of virtual inventory management is brought into 3PL enterprise warehousing resource integration and ways of 3PL enterprise warehousing resource integration based on it are researched. After that, the simulation studies have been done before and after implementing 3PL enterprise warehousing resource integration based on virtual inventory management. It proves that it can increase transfer cost, but reduce holding cost, shortage cost, transportation cost, total ordering cost and total cost. At the same time, it can improve the customer service level.Finally, the actuality of Yuancheng Group warehousing resource integration is analyzed. And some relevant countermeasures are put forward aiming at solving the existing problems. Which shows that this research should be invested both in academic value and application value.
