Abstract


The city as China's socio-economic development unit and the main place, the healthy and stable development of national and regional socio-economic development has played a pivotal role. Land as urban development to run the main place and an important material information, the use of process largely determines the level on behalf of the city running. In the process of urban land use sectors of the economy has been enough attention, but has been unable to meet the needs of today's development, should study the level of economic development of the urban land use issues and comprehensive study of the social and environmental level of development, and to study the level of economic, social and environmental development. Therefore, this article will be of urban land use in the process of economic, social and environmental comprehensive efficiency and coordination degree of order to promote the efficient and coordinated use of urban land. In the introduction of the research background, research status, research ideas, content and methods, purpose and significance, the paper analyzes the basic concept and connotation of urban land, the efficient use of land intensive use and land relations, urban land use patterns as well as the need for efficient use of urban land, in-depth analysis of the meaning of coordination, as well as the need for coordinated use of urban land, urban land use efficiency and coordination of the relationship. , This article explains the principles and methods of the Index System, Intro urban land use efficiency, and the coordination degree both comprehensive evaluation method and the establishment of the index system. In the empirical part of the selected 33 major cities in samples of urban land use efficiency and coordination of research, combined with the reality of the situation and characteristics of the sample cities the evaluation results were analyzed, and put forward policy recommendations. In this paper, theoretical analysis, data envelopment analysis, principal component analysis, a coordination coefficient method as well as four-quadrant analysis and other research methods of urban land use efficiency and coordination of a comprehensive study, the study found that: China's urban land use efficiency showing a decreasing trend from east to west, which match the height of China's social and economic development; urban land use coordination degree with a positive correlation does not exist; significant correlation between low degree of coordination and inefficient. Through analysis and research, this paper put forward for our country to effectively improve the efficiency and coordination degree of urban land use the following rationalization proposals: deepening urban planning scientific, and strengthen the enforcement of urban planning; improve the independence of the land management agencies, the introduction of the central public double oversight mechanisms; local government to curb the impulse to invest to strengthen the functions of government.
