Abstract


With the development of the industrial society and the increase in population , human already limited water resources by increasing pollution , water pollution has become a serious problem in today 's society . In recent years, water pollution emissions of the pulp and paper industry is gradually developed a new clean pulping technology to reduce water pollution emissions , provides a new way for the pulp and paper industry . Mechanical straw currently continue to promote the application of a pulp , has the following advantages : the production process is simple , low-cost production , high yield product into paper printing performance advantages . Flocculation processing machinery straw pulp wastewater characteristics based on mechanical straw investigated flocculant polyaluminum chloride (PACl) and anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) dosing , dosage and vote conditions and other influencing factors , and the flocculation mechanism are discussed. Final testing to determine the better flocculation conditions : first dosing polyaluminum chloride dosing polyacrylamide PAC dosage of 200 mg / L the polyacrylamide dosage of 20 mg / L , the temperature was 35 ° C , the role of time 20min , of CODcr and the SS removal efficiency reached 54.6% and 94.3% , respectively . In order to improve the operability of the treatment effect and application , based on the flocculation process design - Flocculation since filter the experimental device, and set the process parameters of its run , add and subsequent optimization of the excipients . Finally determined in the device in operation , the dosage of aluminum chloride 150mg / L , polyacrylamide dosing amount of 15mg / L , dosing zeolite to 200mg / L , and stay in the simulation apparatus of the column , flocculation 30min in the flocculant and the auxiliary role of agents in the experimental device to form a good self- filtering layer the effluent effect can be achieved CODcr and SS removal efficiency reached 61.1% and 97.3% , respectively , the treatment effect can reuse , and the device can enter the continuous operation . In addition , the article also attempts equipment deodorant , but not too much association with the experimental content of this article , so only conducted a simple experiment did not continue in-depth study .
