In recent years, with the deepening of the concept of quality education, the importance of arts education on basic education continues to increase. Art education as an important part of art education and the main way to achieve universal basic education stage and the emphasis has been increasing. But objectively speaking, China’s current stage of basic education art education from the concept, methods, effect of education there is a lot of nature and art education, divorced from the situation. Among these, a very important reason is that stage of basic education teachers, art education and the understanding of the nature and existence of significant bias. Therefore, to improve basic education quality art education, we must first update the concept of teacher education and improve the professional level of teachers.This paper tries start from art education, and select Shijiazhuang Preschool Normal School as a typical case, to study the secondary normal life art disciplines, the theoretical basis of education, problems and implementation. This paper comprises 4 parts, the first part is the abstract, consists of the reasons, the aims, relevent reasrarchs and the keywords. the second part is theoretical research, mainly from education, curriculum and other disciplinary perspectives on art education for secondary normal life of the theoretical basis for the system sort out; and the third part is the case study, select the school A as a typical case the system analysis conducted by the school of fine arts in the educational process and life-orientation separated from the main problem. The last part of the policy recommendations, mainly on the A school art education reform proposals, with a view to similar institutions in the stage of basic education and art education reform for reference.
