Abstract


Waste rubber concrete(Crumb Rubber Concrete, Abbreviation CRC)is rubberparticles or crumb of scrap rubber mixing different blending and ratio of ordinary concreteto form a new composite material, has become one of the hot issues of the engineeringresearch. Domestic and foreign scholars to carry out a lot of research work on the basicmechanical properties of waste rubber concrete, but has not yet formed a system, the basicmechanics of quantifiable indicators calculated. Therefore, to carry out a study on themechanical properties of waste rubber concrete, the laws of exploring the mechanicalproperties of multi-factor quantitative calculation method and the constitutive equation hasimportant theoretical significance and practical value.In this paper, the experimental research as the main means, on the basis of impact inthe trials comparing the clear water, NaOH solution, CCl4solution, the three differentpretreatment methods of scrap rubber concrete compressive performance, the volume ofscrap rubber particles to replace the fine aggregate blending, three different particle size of5to8mesh colloidal particles,30to40mesh powder,60to80mesh crumb and5%,10%,15%,20%four different dosage as the main influencing parameters, Systematicexperimental studies test cubes of186and blocks test prism of108, obtained impact of thelaw of rubber particle size and dosage changes on the work performance, the cubecompressive strength, splitting tensile strength, axial compressive strength, static elasticmodulus, stress and strain of waste rubber concrete, established conversion relationbetween mechanical indicators, build compression constitutive relation equation underuniaxia of waste rubber concrete; proposed BP, RBF neural network on the study of themechanical properties of the waste rubber concrete.
