Abstract

2 - naphthol is an important chemical raw material, it plays an important role in the preparation of dye intermediates, rubber chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates. 2 - sec-naphthyl Synthesis of the raw material of 2 - naphthol, 2 - sec-naphthyl by oxidation, decomposition, purification, purification can be obtained good product phase 2 - naphthol product. Naphthoquinone and 2 - butene in Zeolite alkylation reaction Synthesis of 2 - sec-naphthalene is a new method of development potential. In this thesis using molecular sieve catalysts, naphthalene with 2 - butene alkylation reaction Synthesis of 2 - sec-butyl naphthalene were studied: (1) naphthalene with tert-butanol, 2 - butene reaction butylnaphthalene products standards, by the nature of the reactants and products structure and melting boiling point etc., distinguish 1-/2- tert-butyl naphthalene, and 1-/2- sec-butyl naphthalene, and gas chromatography and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry combined qualitative and quantitative analytical methods; (2) According to the naphthyl, the alkylation of naphthalene, and the characteristics of the reaction product of suitable pore size USY-β, MDEs-AI three molecular sieve, and the characterization of the zeolite pore structure and acidic evaluation catalytic properties of these catalysts of naphthalene with 2 - butene alkylation reaction, and the results show that: the the zeolite acidic and pore structure of naphthalene affects both of the sec-butyl, more obvious factors of pore structure, due USY is a three-dimensional 12-membered ring channels plus super-cage structure, naphthyl, and naphthalene alkylation product molecules can be smoothly performed in its internal diffusion, adsorption, reaction, desorption; β and MDEs-AI, the former also has a three-dimensional 12-membered ring, large holes, but the aperture is opposed USY smaller; the latter a one-dimensional channel, greatly hampered by the diffusion of the product molecules, three kinds of zeolite USY-GT activity sequence; of β gt; MDEs-AI; (3) selection of the reactive preferably USY zeolite, alkali metal oxides be immersed modification, research modified catalyst before and after the impact of the size differences and the amount of impregnation of the catalytic activity on the alkylation reaction of 2 - sec-naphthyl selective. Found: Mg modified and changed the internal structure of zeolite molecular sieve, through a modified molecular sieve specific surface area decreased, the aperture has also been effectively modulation, and the decrease in strong acid centers and in the number of strong acid sites, which makes multi-alkyl substituted and transalkylation effective suppression of side reactions, 2 - sec-butyl naphthalene selectivity of up to 99%; (4) study naphthalene the sec-reaction conditions, the effects of temperature, naphthalene ene ratio, time and other factors on the reaction results in 2 - sec-naphthyl selectivity as a standard to determine the optimum reaction conditions :200-220 ° C, In 4H, Naphthalene: 2 - butene: hexane (molar ratio) = 1:0.2:16 when the reaction product by GC-MS qualitative and quantitative determination by GC analysis, the results show that the 2 - sec-naphthyl selectivity was 75%, in order to improve selectivity of Mg as a modifying agent for USY zeolite impregnated modified after modification of 2 - sec-naphthyl selectivity up to 99%.
