With the wide use of agricultural plastic film, the plastic processing technologycommonly used has attracted more and more attention, but the traditional cast alu-minium heating method exists many faults such as large heat loss, low heat effi-ciency, high working environment temperature of injection molding machine, shortservice life, great maintenance amount and high waster rate, causing extremely seri-ous energy waste in the entire plastic processing industry.According to the film production requirements, introduced the electromagneticinduction heating technology to replace the traditional heat conduction, developedthe electromagnetic induction heating system with digital frequency tracking func-tion, improve the technology level of traditional agricultural film production. Elec-tromagnetic induction heating technique is different from the traditional heating,which has has better efficiency, lower the heated body surface temperature, smallheat loss and short preheating time, the same conditions than the heat conductionheating saving a lot of energy use. We adopt water-cooling method controlled by twobit two pass electromagnetic valves with small water flow and direct water-coolingway, improving cooling efficiency and also reducing environmental noise. Whenheat temperature exceeds the highest temperature pre-set, temperature control in-strument control relay close to open water control electromagnetic valve for coolingtreatment.Experiments show that production energy saving rate can reach54%and elec-tricity saving quantity about150kwh/t after using the agricultural film unit electro-magnetic heating system designed in this paper. Electromagnetic heating system hasremarkable characteristics such as quick heating, even, high heat utilization ratio, nopollution, good labor conditions and high reliability, effectively improving enterpriseproduction efficiency and automation level. The heating system also provides com-munication interface, human-machine interface and heating parameters regulating storage, improve the system operation and maintenance difficulty, and played animportant role in improving enterprise productivity, bring better economic and socialbenefits for agricultural film production enterprises, has the application value of out-standing.
