With the development of economic globalization, abundant of three industrial wastes, pesticides, chemical fertilizer and food additives discharge into the environment. Among all, pollutants with heavy metal go into the environment through various channels, and theconsequences are soil contamination, decline of the quality and harvest of crops, thus harmpeople’s health through food chain, cause severe water pollution. Therefore this draws wideattention around the world and becomes a hot area. Our article reviewed a large number ofliteratures on heavy metal adsorption, used sodium lignin sulfonate as absorbent, preparednano sodium lignosulphonate with ultrasonic emulsification and investigated the absorptiveproperty of heavy metal Cu2+, Cr6+, and Pb2+.The preparation of nano-sodium ligninsulfonate. Sodium lignin sulfonate treated withultrasound and stirring, add acrylamide to make nano sodium lignosulphonate adsorption. After Optimization of reaction conditions, we investigated if the quality ratio of sodium ligninsulfonate and acrylamide, temperature of the reaction and pH would affect the preparation ofnano sodium lignosulphonate, and eventually determined the best condition of this reaction:concentrations of sodium lignin sulfonate and sodium tripolyphosphate are2.4mg/ml,0.8mg/ml, respectively, pH7-8, ultrasound time30min, magnetic stirring time20min andtemperature20℃.The characterization of nano sodium ligninsulfonate. Sodium lignin sulfonate is brownpowder with hydroxy, methoxyl, sulfo and carbonyl group, such structure is in favor of metalion adsorption. We used infrared spectroscopic analysis, transmmision electron microscopeand scanning electron microscope to reveal the morphological characterization of Nanosodium lignosulphonate, abtained nano sodium lignin sulfonate preparation with uniformdistribution and stable quality, the grain size is20nm-60nm. There’s uneven, loose, regularround structure feature outside the nano material. The absorptive property of sodium lignin sulfonate was measured in one and twocomponent systerms using Cu2+,Cr6+,Pb2+as research object. Dose of nano sodiumlignosulphonate, pH, time, selectivity, rate of adsorption were also evaluated. The resultsshowed that under the same conditions, the adsorptive capacity and adsorption rate of Nanosodium lignosulphonate are greater than that of sodium lignin sulfonate. Moreover, pH7.0was the best adsorption environment of nano sodium lignosulphonate and it took1h to reachthe adsorption equilibrium. To describe the adsorptive capacity of Cu2+,Cr6+,Pb2+, Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm could both be used. The absorbing capacity of nano sodiumlignosulphonate for Cu2+,Cr6+,Pb2+was Cu2+>Pb2+>Cr6+. In one component systerm, whenreaching the adsorption equilibrium, saturated extent of adsorption of Nano sodiumlignosulphonate for Cu2+,Cr6+,Pb2+were132.5mg/g、31.8mg/g、88.2mg/, respectively, and theadsorption rate were98.8%、98.2%、99.2%, respectively. We also discussed the adsorptioncapacity of nano sodium lignosulphonate in the solution of mixed metal ions.
