Abstract


Acephate is a higher efficienct systemic insecticide which is lower toxicity and residue. It isthe acetylated derivatives of methamidophos. Its toxicity is only2%of methamidophos. It isvery easily biodegradable in nature, the ideal alternative product of methamidophos, one of thewidely used pesticides at home and abroad.Synthetic methods and processes of acephate technical material were overviewed indetail. The advanced technology and economic rationality of the adopted synthesis process routewere discussed. Optimized and improved reaction conditions were determined by experimentaltrial.Based on retrieving literature and improved experimental trial, according to the rules ofadvanced technology and reasonable economics, the industrial scale-up preparation process wasoptimized and designed. A material balance diagram of the small trial process was drawn, andthen industrial scale-up process was given. The heat balance of desolvention and solventrecovery system of extraction operation was calculated. The rationality of heat transfer area ofreactor and condenser was discussed. Neutralized liquid of acephate was continuously extracted.The optimized production process of3000tons annual of acephate technical material wasdesigned in detail, and industrialization process was illuminated. Based on the date of thematerial balance, the device sizes of non-standard were calculated and designed and types ofstandard equipment were selected. Equipment list was also given. In accordance with relatedstandards and industry norms, combined with the background of the chemical productionpractices, layout of the production device which was full demonstrated and optimized wasdesigned. The treatment method of wastes was illustrated. In technical economy, cost of rawmaterial consumption was estimated. Environmental protection and safety measures werediscussed. The achievements of design mainly had3000tons annual of acephate technicalmaterial process design specification, process flow chart, equipment layout chart ect.
