Abstract

Grignard reagents and class Grignard reagents in organic synthesis still is one of the hot spots of organic chemistry research . Further study of the application of such reagents in organic synthesis , the development of some meaningful response , still has an important significance . In this thesis, a new application of the allyl zinc bromide reagents and allyl magnesium bromide reagents in organic synthesis . 1 , zinc is one is relatively inexpensive , non-toxic metal . The organozinc reagent low activity is considered to be a big advantage in the reaction . We focus on the allyl zinc bromide reagent and the reaction of the α-halo ketone , expanding the organic zinc reagent . Found that : ( a ) allyl bromide, zinc reagent with the α-halo ketone , at room temperature , can be an epoxy compound in high yield , without the need of any catalyst ; (b) in the epoxy compound is generated on the basis of toluenesulfonic acid, it is possible to successfully achieve the rearrangement reaction of the epoxy compound to the aldehyde or ketone ; ( c ) allyl bromide, zinc reagent with the α- halo ketone , under Lewis acid catalysis , able to step in achieving high- ene propanol ; (d) of this by changing the reaction conditions , so that the same one pot reaction is carried out under different conditions to obtain a different product of the reaction mechanism was discussed . 2, the magnesium Grignard reagent is a reactive organometallic reagent . Allyl magnesium bromide reagent and an α- halo ketone reaction can be controlled conditions , and remain in the epoxy compound phase , without rearrangement reaction or a further nucleophilic addition reaction .
