Abstract


At present, there are many “big horse cart” phenomenon in oil field because ofasynchronous motor has many of disadvantages,such as low efficiency, low power factor and soon. This is leading to the oil field of high energy consumption, and affected oil field operationefficiency very greatly. Therefore, the problem of pumping units for saving energy took theresearch scholars at home and abroad more and more attention. And the key to solve it is researchthe motors used in pumping unit. Line-star permanent magnet synchronous motor(LSPMSM)has many advantages, such as simple structure, high power factor, high efficiency, light weight. Itis very suitable for applied in the oil field. This paper take some of analysis and research based onthe characteristics of the LSPMSM.This papers based on the characteristics of the pumping unit with LSPMSM, made thefollowing analysis:First, according to the structure of the induction motors and permanent magnet synchronousmotor, understood the LSPMSM’s main structure and working principle. The no-load leakagecoefficient and steady-state operating characteristics of LSPMSM is studied by combining vectordiagram and equivalent magnetic circuit of the motor.Second, aiming at the rotor structure of LSPMSM, this paper proposed two structures (solidstyle and punching style) of LSPMSM, and optimization the related parameters of motor.Third, the electromagnetic properties of the two rotor structure motor is analyzed based onthe ANSOFT, the effect of magnetic saturation to inductances calculation are emphaticallyintroduced, and the superiority of calculate the permanent magnet synchronous motor’sinductance with frozen permeability method are obtained.Forth, understand the starting performance of LSPMSM, and we did a detailed analysis forthe solid style motor and punching style motor’s starting performance, then we came to theconclusion that the size of the permanent has great impact to the motor’s starting performance,and the motor with solid style’s rotor is more suitable for the application in the pumping unit.Finally, the motor with solid style’s rotor is tested, the prototype test platform is built,parameters such as load EMF, rated torque and out-of-step torque are tested and analyzed, provedthe accuracy of the theoretical analysis.
