Abstract

In recent years, more and more researchers paid attention to inorganic/organic nanocomposites. The inorganic nanomaterials have a larger surface area and the relatively strong interfacial interaction, so the thermal properties, mechanical properties, electrical properties and optical properties of the nanocomposites are different from the general composites. At the same time, the inorganic/polymer composite nanomaterials have many advantages compared with the inorganic nanomaterials, such as envir-onmental responsible, environmental friendly properties and biocompatiblities. But the researchers found that such material may be lack of performance transformation, such as the photoelectric conversion rate is low, you need to strengthen the transformation of the characteristics of the photoelectric performance. Carbon materials, because of its prominent and efficient optoelectronic conversion performance, caused widespread concern. Where by the composite materials industry has proposed the idea of inorganic nanoparticle/polymer/carbon composites, and it can make up defect of conversion in electromagnetic theory of light.First method in the preparation of inorganic/polymer nanocomposite is the surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP). While organic halide as initiator was modified on the nanomaterials’surface, the controllable polymerization on the surface of the inorganic nanomaterials’could be realized through SI-ATRP method. But the polymer chain is connected to the surface of the carbon material synthesis of novel polymer/carbon composites by Click chemistry. While alkynyl group is attached to the surface of the carbon material using the surface modifier, and alkynyl groups reagent. The polymer with azido end groups was synthsized via atom transfer radical polymerization and azide treatment. By "Click" reaction, the polymer/carbon composite material composite was obtained. Here we combine these two approaches, and get inorganic nanoparticle/polymer/carbon composites.Based on the above background, the present paper is first adopted to the titanium dioxide nanotube as a base body, and the poly N, N-diethylamino methyl methacrylate the ethyl (PDEAEMA) polymer chain is modified on its surface via the SI-ATRP technigue. The end of the TiNT-g-PDEAEMA with azide treatment gets TiNT-g-PDEAEMA-N3, as a reaction to end, the graphene oxide surface with alkynyl modified gets GO-C=CH for reaction other end. Finally, using of click chemistry method, titania nanotubes/PDEAEMA/graphene oxide ternary composites was obtainde. The main contents of this dissertation as following:1. Titania nanotubes were prepared by hydrothermal method using the P25titanium dioxide powder. Using brominated dopamine initiator for titania nanotube surface modification, TiNT-g-PDEAEMA compound is prepared by SI-ATRP method. The end of the polymer chain was processed with azide, and TiNT-g-PDEAEMA-N3was obtained. Transmission electron microscopy results show that titania nanotube inner diameter is uniform, uniform length, well dispersed, the obvious hollow structure. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results show that the SI-ATRP reaction successfully grafted on PDEAEMA titania nanotube surface polymer chain and PDEAEMA polymer chain end successfully connected azido groups.2.Using graphite powder to prepare a lamellar structure of the graphene oxide through Humers method. Next, the surface of the graphene oxide was treated with SOCl2, then active chlorine groups were introducted. Using alkynyl reagent, the chloro group of the surface of the graphene oxide to go surface as substituted, and get GO-C=CH. SEM and TEM results indicate that the synthesized graphene oxide tulle semitransparent lamellar structure, and some wrinkles. The XRD diffraction pattern shows a graphene oxide prepared having strong diffraction peaks. FT-IR shows that the surface of graphene oxide was successfully introducted the alkynyl group. Finally TiNT-g-PDEAEMA-N3and GO-C≡CH, catalyzed with Cu (I) by the Click. Then a ternary complex of a titania nanotube/PDEAEMA/graphene oxide was get. Subsequent characterization of the IR spectra show azide and alkynyl an absorption peak at around2100cm-1completely disappeared. We successfully synthesized TiNT-PDEAEMA-GO ternary complex material.
