Abstract


Development of water gushing mechanism and control techniques of Xiaozhuang coal mineshaft using non-deep freezing construction after thawing has important value of engineeringapplication, this paper to Xiaozhuang coal mine main shaft non-deep freezing sinking project asthe basis, by laboratory experiments, theoretical analysis and field practice means to carry outresearch work, the main conclusions are:(1) Physical mechanics test of Luohe sandstone have been carried out under roomtemperature, freezing and melting three kinds of condition. for the determination of theoreticalbasis of non-deep freezing method construction decision-making, analysis after thawing mainshaft water gushing mechanism provides physical and mechanical parameters.(2) Using the seepage and stress coupling and stress elastic-plastic finite element to simulatethe general method and non-deep freezing method sinking through the water of Luohe sandstoneformation, study of the frozen wall stress and deformation distributions, analyzes the feasibility ofgeneral method and the frozen wall stability of non-deep freezing method for sinking.(3) Based on the existing hydrogeological condition of main shaft in XiaoZhuang coal minearea and the research results of the feasibility of the general method used in sinking shafts and thestability of frozen wall of non-deep freeing method according to three-dimensional finite elementanalysis,the theoretical basis of program decisions of non-deep freeing method is obtained and putinto action,which is applied to XiaoZhuang coal mine situated in rich water luohe sand formation.(4) Study on the three main water channel of non-deep freezing method sinking afterthawing, the three-dimensional finite element simulation method of main shaft in the main waterleakage interval and discharge calculation, design water control plan of Xiaozhuang coal mineshaft after thawing, based on the principle of combine high pressure grouting with low pressure grouting, combine deep hole grouting with shallow hole grouting, single cement slurry as mainand double grout as assistant.
