This research XOS on nutrient digestibility and production performance of weaned pigs and its mechanism is discussed. 20 were selected weaned pigs total feces collection method piglets apparent digestibility of nutrients. Test diets and feces was determined CP, NDF, and so on. The results showed that XOS add group and antibiotic test group and the control group, compared to significantly improve the apparent digestibility of CP (P lt; 0.05), the XOS add group (0-200mg/kg) NDF apparent digestibility growth rate presents the second antibiotic test group compared with the control group significantly increased NDF apparent digestibility (P lt; 0.05), 100 mg / kg DM the XOS add the amount significantly improve GE and DM table The concept of digestibility. The selection of 400 weaned piglets XOS production performance. Were measured ADG, ADFI, F / G, DR. The results showed that the ADG and ADFI of all test groups did not significantly change (P gt; 0.05); 40-80 mg / kg the XOS add group reduces the the piglets F / G (P lt; 0.05), XOS test group and antibiotic Add Group to reduce the piglets DR (P lt; 0.05). Weaned piglets fed with different gradient XOS Experimental Research piglets rectal microbial Digestive Enzyme Activity of intestinal volatile fatty acids, intestinal pH and other aspects. The results showed that The XOS add group significantly increased the content of lactic acid bacteria colonies (P lt; 0.05), salmonella and E. coli colony counts affect the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). With the increase in the amount of Xylo add acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid in the jejunum, ileum and cecum showed linear (P lt; 0.05) and the secondary (P lt; 0.05) the growth law, lipase activity and trypsin activity in the duodenum, the empty field and ileum presents linear (P lt; 0.05) and secondary (P lt; 0.05) variation of amylase activity in the ileum quadratic variation. The duodenum, empty field, cecum, colon and rectum pH presented with the increase in the amount of XOS add quadratic variation. Conclusion: 1, XOS 100 mg / kg added amount can improve piglet's apparent utilization of nutrients, XOS test group to reduce the rate of diarrhea in piglets, lower feed to gain ratio (40-80 mg / kg). 2 With the increase of the Xylo the increase of the added amount of secondary piglets rectal the number of lactic acid bacteria (0-200 mg / kg), maintaining the intestinal microbial balance. 3, xylooligosaccharides can improve piglets whole intestinal pH of the the appropriate XOS added amount can increase intestinal VFA concentration, improve the activity of the digestive enzymes.
