Different washing process after finishing technology is one of the important factors that influence the fabric style, the appearance of the washed denim unique style is different from the traditional fabric style. System and quantitatively evaluate the appearance of the denim fabric style and features, research the evaluation test method, the popular design of denim fabric is an effective and important way. This paper analyzes three kinds of water lotion,27kinds of water environment, collected two types of sample, puts forward the four elements of a cowboy style appearance test analysis, the evaluation method and the optimum water washing process, helps to guide the production practice.1) Select washing process, set of4factors3levels orthogonal test, the two specifications of denim fabric washed.2) Use microscope photograph after wash sample, parallel distance model is used to measure the fabric surface within an organization to assess the fabric yarn distance grain clarity, broken line model measuring fabric surface villus length to assess the fabric finish.3) Use Photoshop image analysis technology, test the colour and lustre of yarn, using the average grey value to evaluate the size of the color depth, and assess the color contrast.4) Use a variety of fiber affixed lining of denim fabric washed the contamination situation in the process of evaluation, in order to determine the extent of contamination.5) Through to the grain clarity, smoothness, contrast and contamination degree of test and analysis, determines the optimal water washing process.Using microscope photos, Photoshop image analysis technology and a variety of ways to fiber affixed lining can be quantitatively characterized by the visual style of, the results and experienced personnel eyes of comparing test results of this project to explore the evaluation method can be used to evaluate visual style of jean is introduced.In this kind of evaluation system, indigo denim, optimum process for the use of enzymes in cold water for the rinsing agent, temperature30℃,40min time, pH value of7, enzyme dosage was1.5%.
