Abstract


A company mainly adopts beetroot to creat sugar, the sewage including pressure water produced in the pulp workshop,flow washing water from the wash workshop and other wast water,the main characteristics of the wastewater is large flow, particularly high concentration of organic matter and seasonal production, COD in wastewater can be better biological decomposing. sugar wastewater has always been one of the focus of the wastewater treatment in our country.The project mainly combine pretreatment、hydrolysis acidification unit、anaerobic reactor、aerobic reactor to treat the wastwater, This process can operate stablely, high efficiency and relatively low processing cost.In this paper, the results for the design, commissioning, operation of the company in Xinjiang sewage treatment plant as:(1) To ensure the effluent quality can achieve the standard, on the basis of comparing,we choose IC as the anaerobic reacter,IC reactor owns the adventage of high volume load,less area covering strong capability of shock load,better ability to adapt to the low temperature,good buffering capacity of pH, in addition the IC reactor can recyle automatic internal and need no additional pressure.(2) The pretreatment of the pulp pressure created by the process of production is oxidation pond-sedimentation tank-hydrolysis acidification pool,we adopt IC as anaerobic reactor and traditional Oxic Activated Sludge Process as aerobic reactor;(3) Beet sugar after pretreatment+aerobic+anaerobic biological wastewater after biological treatment process, the water quality reaches the " suger industry water pollution discharge standard"(GB21909-2008)requirement;(4) After nearly four months of trial operation, the total effluent concentration of CODcr, NH3-Nand SS average was52.0mg/L,7.8mg/L and63.0mg/L, respectively. The removal rate was99.06%,82.2%and97%, respectively. The water quality is better than that of "suger industry water pollution discharge standard "(GB21909-2008) requirement;(5) The processing scale was11520m3/d. it could be achieved for emission reductions of CODcr, which was32865.2t/a.
