Abstract


Japan promulgated "basic law" food education as an opportunity to develop good eating habits, in carrying out educational activities throughout the country, namely "food education". This paper considers whether the food consumption patterns and causes the national attention to food education, premise and concerned about its necessity. This thesis reviews the development and current situation of Japanese food consumption patterns by using the method of literature survey, the survey results confirm that the Japanese modern diet from family to external (outside eating, buy lunch) trend, and on the basis of modern dietary life study, grasp the various problems which it produces, and try to discuss the food education development method and emphasis. Therefore, food education as a national health diet life practice, the key lies in both producers and consumers are required to carry out this activity. On the other hand, the school and the family as an important place for food education for children, to cultivate more nutritionists teachers, developing better food education textbooks, and rational use of school feeding activity, provides the feasibility of greater development of food education activities for schools; and the family as the first place food education activities the parents, took the lead in the implementation of food education is a prerequisite for family food education development.
