Abstract


With the rapid development of our national economy， there is also a majorachievement in the field of China’s construction industry. According to the developmentof construction industry in our country in recent years, there are many unsafe factorshidden in the process of construction, the proportion of various fatal and injury accidents causedby construction is still high. So it is an urgent task that we must pay high attention, which weface to improve the level of construction safety management. Making analysis andresearch on site safety management evaluation can help enterprises identify the level ofsafety management at the construction site, clarify the direction of improvement, as wellas provided the scientific method and means to improve safety management level.The paper has deeply made the theoretic and empirical studies of respectively themanagement situation of construction safety, the research situation of safety assessment,and the rationality of safety evaluation in existing construction site at home and abroadrecently. Combined with evaluation standard of construction enterprise safety production(JGJ/T77一2010) issued by the Chinese Ministry of Construction, project inherent riskand construction site safety inspection carry on the refinement，establish a set of updatedconstruction safety evaluation index system, which contains21key indicators affectingthe safety of buiding construction projects, and discuss many influencing factors on thesafety condition at construction site. Based on the safety evaluation index of qualifiedconstruction site, a determined method of weighing values in safety evaluation factors ofconstruction site is proposed by researching the safety evaluation method of constructionsite. Then construction project evaluation model wad designed to carry out the assessment.After setting a quantitative analysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the constructionsite, the construction site safety grade can be selected in a construction site safetyevaluation method with the construction example. Finally, it prospects a related researchwork in the future.
