Abstract


The construction of Ecological Civilization is the long-term plan of popularfortune and future of nation. The18th National Congress of the Communist Party ofChina (CPC) takes Ecological Civilization into prominent position and put it into thegeneral layout of socialist modernization construction, Furthermore, it furtheremphasizes the position and role of the construction of Ecological Civilization. At thesame time, The CPC mentioned that we must treasure nature more consciously,protect ecology more actively, and walk into socialism new ecological civilization era.This statement put forward the concept of " Ecological Civilization " of the new era,it takes Ecological Civilization into a certain height of the development of humansociety. This is a theory innovation on the construction of Ecological Civilization inthe new stage of our party, and opened a new era of the socialism with Chinesecharacteristics Ecological Civilization research.The construction of ecological civilization in China has undergone a processfrom exploration to continue to improve and mature, a relatively systematic studyaspects we need from the history and reality, theory and practice, the predicament andoutlet. In the scientific concept of development under the guidance of a harmonioussociety and building a moderately prosperous society in a comprehensive andsystematic scientific ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics theoretical system. In this thesis, the combination of theory andpractice in line with the principle of trying a more macro level ecological civilizationon our current exploration and research, combined with China’s actual situation, acomprehensive exposition of the theory of ecological civilization constructionfoundation, and from the theoretical development two dimensions of exploration andpractice, the system summarizes the Congress since the central leadership of thesocialist ecological civilization theoretical exploration of the concept of ecologicalcivilization of socialism with Chinese characteristics and value to give a clearmeaning and affirmation. Finally, based on contemporary Chinese ecologicalcivilization construction problems faced, analysis of the reasons for these difficulties arising, and from the enhanced awareness of ecological civilization, thetransformation of economic development mode, improve the legal system, threeaspects of environmental protection, comprehensive discussion of the promotion ofecological civilization construction coping strategies, in order to realize their dreamsbeautiful China provides reference for methodology.
