Abstract

This paper takes nano-TiO2as catalyst,265nm wavelength UV lamp as a light source, study on several typical water photocatalytic treatment, and then use H2O2and magnetic fieldcollaborative photocatalytic to treatment of waste water.Use the method to deal with Microcystis wastewater, we fiound that it had a bettertreatment effect under265nm wavelength UV with nano-TiO2catalysis. As100mL simulatedwastewater the wet weight of it was approximately1.75g/L, the amount of TiO210mg/L,UV intensity0.5mW/cm2, the removal rate of microcystin is more than90%after50min. Thecatalytic oxidation algaecide has a good effect with H2O2synergistic, and the residual effect issignificant, which can control Microcystis blooms of eutrophic water effectively. During H2O2collaborative nano-TiO2photocatalytic oxidation of microcystin in water, UV intensity andthe concentration of H2O2are the main influencing factors. reaction time30min the removalrate of microcystin can reach more than96%when UV intensity is0.5mW/cm2and H2O2concentration of20mg/L. Besides the energy consumption is the most economical.Dealing with the aniline wastewater we found that, the optimal reaction conditions are asfollows. As100mL simulated wastewater, the initial concentration of the aniline was10mg/L, nano-TiO2added amount of100mg/L, waste water pH7.5, photocatalyticreaction time60min.20mg/L H2O2synergistic the TiO2photocatalytic handling aniline wastewater, after24min photocatalytic reaction, the aniline removal rate is99%,which increase the rate ofreaction. The research of dye wastewater showed that:100mL simulated wastewater, theconcentration of dye about100mg/L, the water samples containing150mg catalyst per1L,pH=6.5, the effect is best, the t0.5is59.137when the ultraviolet exposure intensity is0.38mW/cm2as well as the t0.5is21.297when the ultraviolet exposure intensity is2.0mW/cm2. Add the magnetic field above the photocatalytic experiments, when lightintensity was0.38mW/cm2, the magnetic field strength was in the range of0-400mT canIncrease the rate of reaction. When the magnetic field strength is100mT or280mT, t hehalf-life were8.967min,9.405min.Through dealing with aniline wastewater and dye wastewater (X-3B) by light catalytic,I made dynamics and ultraviolet-visible spectrum analysis. To find the mechanism of lightcatalytic treating aniline wastewater, dye wastewater preliminarily. It found thatphotocatalytic degcradation of aniline wastewater meets a kinetic equation, and H2O2synergyTiO2photocatalytic treatment of aniline wastewater process in line with the second-order equation. Through the light catalytic processing aniline uv-vis spectrum analysis, speculatedthat photocatalytic oxidation aniline wastewater that may arise during the benzene ring ofhydroxylation, aniline open loop, and the formation of inorganic carbon process and so on.And the light catalytic degradation of dye accord with zero order reaction kinetics equation, magnetic help photocatalytic degradation of dye meets a kinetic equation. Through the lightcatalytic processing dye wastewater uv-vis spectrum analysis, may be due to dye base groupfound bond between fracture, and the restructuring of the conjugated double bond, forminganiline, phenol, benzene ether that so a small number of intermediate products which areeasily photocatalytic degradation; As light catalytic reaction, show base group graduallydecomposition.
