Abstract


Longchang County is located in the "ChengYu economic zone", the main spindle of economic development in Sichuan, which is the frontline position of economic linkage eastwards development with Chongqing in Sichuan province, with superior geography geographical superiority due to the influence of three economic zones including to Chengdu, Chongqing and intensive town group in the south of Sichuan. Longchang has its own unique comparative advantage on various industries development. In terms of agriculture, humid climate, gently undulating terrain, It has been identified as one of53grain-producing counties across the country in Sichuan and is one of six national demonstration area of basic farmland protection due to the advantageous conditions of agricultural development, so the protection pressure of land ecological environment highlights and strengthen the ecological environment protection. Domestic scholars do unilateral study of ecological environment in Longchang County, but not the comprehensive evaluation of ecological environment system. Based on the achievement of permanent protection of basic farmland in Longchang County, which is the cooperative project between Institute of RS and GIS, Chengdu University of Technology and Longchang County in Sichuan province, do comprehensive evaluation of the ecological environment and discuss each evaluation factor’s influence on the ecological environment, which is of great significance to the protection and restoration of ecological environment.Based on remote sensing and geographic information system technology, with TM remote sensing images and DEM data in the study area as the main data sources, combining with other statistical data, adopt the AHP-PCA model to build ecological environment evaluation system to do systematic analysis of ecological environment with each factor’s influence on the ecological environment according to the basic theory of ecological environment evaluation. In this paper, main achievements and understanding are as follows:(1)Select terrain, surface, climate and humanities economy as the factors of ecological environment evaluation system according to the geomorphic features of Longchang depending on the theory and method of remote sensing and geographic information system technology.(2)Get each contestant factor weights through the analysis of sample point data. Carry on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of each contestant factor to get ecological environment classification of Longchang, the raster data as analysis unit with the application of weighted superposition analysis of GIS software.(3)Aim at the main ecological degradation factor of Longchang, establish the evaluation method of the hierarchical analysis process-principal component analysis (AHP-PCA) to analyze the ecological environment factors of Longchang, and the area greatly influenced by ecological environmental factors are analyzed, which reveals different influence on county ecological environment due to different factors. Provide feasible Suggestions for the improvement of the ecological environment and sustainable development of the region, take measures to protect ecological environment and come up with sustainable development strategy based on local conditions according to the influence of regional ecological environment evaluation factors.
